What is your return policy?
30 days on resellable merchandise. If something arrived damaged, defective, or just isn't what you expected, reach out first — we'll figure out the right solution, which isn't always a return.
How do I return an item? +
Contact us before sending anything back — there may be a faster fix. If a return is the right move, we'll give you a return number and a ship-to address.
How long does it take to process a refund? +
Within 24 hours of receiving the item back — usually much faster than that.
Will I be refunded the full amount including shipping? +
On standard returns we refund the product amount less original shipping. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we'll handle it differently — just let us know what happened.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do? +

This happens more than it should. Most of the time it's one of two things:

  1. Someone in the house brought it in without mentioning it — worth a quick check first.
  2. The carrier scanned it delivered a day early — USPS does this regularly, especially during busy seasons. Give it one extra day if you can.

If it still hasn't shown up, reach out and we'll track it down and get it resolved.
