Ordering Process

What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and view it there. If your order ships from more than one location — which can happen since many of our products are made fresh to order by independent makers — you'll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order? +
Reach out by phone or email and we'll get it sorted out promptly.
How do I apply a promo code? +
There's a promo code box on the checkout screen. If you run into any issues, just reach out and we'll help.

Product Information

Are the colors on the website accurate? +
Yes and no. Colors display differently across monitors and browsers, so there can be variation. When we create color swatches, we actually sample a pixel directly from the product image to get as close as possible. We also carry a lot of hand-poured small-batch plastics from US makers, so minor batch-to-batch variation is part of the craft. If something doesn't look right when it arrives, reach out.
How often do you restock items? +
It varies by product, but we have stock coming in daily. Keep in mind that many of our items are made fresh to order by independent makers, so lead times can vary. If you need to know about a specific item, reach out and we'll get you the details.
Can you tell me more about a product's materials or ingredients? +
You bet. We try to include that on the product pages, but if you don't see what you're looking for, just reach out. We'll share what we know — just don't expect us to give out any secret formulas!
