- What payment methods are accepted? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal
- How can I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information, and you may also login to your account and view it as well.
- Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. We’ve been doing ecommerce for quite a while, and we are pretty quick to get orders packed and out the door, as this can often make 1-3 days difference in delivery time on the other end. The flip side of this is it makes the window to stop an order much shorter. Reach out to us, and rest assured, if we can get it stopped, we will.
- What should I do if I receive an incorrect item? Reach out to us by phone, email, or chat. We’ll get it figured out promptly.
- How can I apply a promo code to my order? On the checkout screen of the shopping cart there will be a box to enter any promo codes. If you have any issues, reach out to us.
- Where can I find size and fit information? We try to have applicable information on the correct product pages, but if you don’t find it answers your questions, please reach out to us.
- Are the colors displayed on the website accurate? Yes. And no. Colors display on everyone’s browsers differently, so there can often be significant differences. When we are creating color swatches, we actually sample a pixel from the image of the actual item in order to get them as close as possible. In addition, we sell a lot of plastic baits from US small businesses that hand pour them in small batches, so there will be some inconsistencies from time to time. If something doesn’t seem right to you once you get it, please reach out.
- How often do you restock items? This varies by item, but we literally have stock coming in daily. If you have a question about a particular product, just reach out and we will work to get you specific information on that product.
- Can you provide more information about a product’s materials or ingredients? You bet. We try to have that information on the product pages, but if you don’t see what you are looking for, just reach out. BUT, don’t expect us to give out any secret formulas!
