Hook Cuts Line Cuts Fish Fins Blisters 48-Count Spool No Wrappers Stays On Wet

Fishing is hard on your hands. Hooks slip. Walleye dorsal fins find fingers. Braided line cuts before you feel it. Regular bandages fall off in 10 minutes on the water. mWraps™ is a spool of 48 pre-perforated finger bandages that tears off one-handed, wraps fully around your finger, and actually stays put — through water, fish slime, sunscreen, and gloves.

"How it works" at a glance
Tear one off. Wrap. Keep fishing.

1 TEAR 2 WRAP 3 DONE TEAR AT PERFORATION CENTER PAD OVER WOUND WRAP TAIL AROUND SECURED. STAYS ON. EVEN WET. EXTENDED ADHESIVE TAIL LOCKS AROUND FINGER

The extended adhesive tail is the key — it wraps all the way around your finger instead of just sticking to the back. That's why it stays on through water, fish slime, and glove use when a normal bandage would fall off in 10 minutes.

Tackle box ready

Compact spool fits in any tackle tray, boat bag, or PFD pocket.

Works under gloves

Extended tail stays locked even when you pull a glove over it.

Why this ended up in our first aid lineup

Because regular bandages and fishing don't mix

You've been there. A treble hook snags your thumb, a walleye spine gets you, or braided line takes a clean slice off a fingertip. You dig into the boat bag, fight a wrapper one-handed while the boat drifts, put on a bandage that falls in the water before you get your next cast off.

mWraps™ solves all of that. The spool format means no wrappers, no scissors, no fumbling. Tear one off, wrap, done in about three seconds. The medical-grade adhesive was designed for tradesmen working in water, grease, and sweat all day — which turns out to be a pretty good match for fishing, kayaking, and camping too.

Built for the water

Medical-grade adhesive holds through repeated fish handling, water, sunscreen, and glove wear. Designed to outlast a full day on the water without re-bandaging.

One-hand application

Spool works like tape — pull, tear at the perforation, wrap. No wrappers, no scissors, no second hand required. Works even if the other hand is the one that's hurt.

Extended adhesive tail

The 6" strip wraps fully around the finger rather than just sticking to the back — that's the difference between a bandage that stays put and one that peels off in the live well.

Latex-free and hypoallergenic

Safe for sensitive skin and extended wear. Cotton absorbent pad. Works fine under cold-weather gloves without irritation.

48 bandages per spool

Compact spool fits in a tackle tray, kayak crate, dry bag, or PFD pocket. No loose wrappers ending up in the water.

Not just for fishing

Firewood, fillet knives, camp cooking, hiking scrapes — one spool in your kit covers a lot of ground anywhere you're away from a pharmacy.

Keep one everywhere that matters.

The point of the spool format is that you can stash it anywhere without taking up space. No excuse not to have one when something happens.

Pairs with the rest of your on-water first aid kit

For hook-in-skin emergencies, the DHUKR® Hook Removal Tool handles the extraction — mWraps handles the cleanup. For bites and stings, keep the Bug Sucker Insect Bite Kit alongside it. Together they cover most of what fishing and the outdoors can throw at you.

How to use it

1

Pull from the spool

The bandage dispenses just like tape. Pull out one strip — the perforation spacing does the measuring for you.

2

Tear at the perforation

No scissors needed. Tear cleanly at the perforation line. One-handed, even if the injured hand is the one doing the work.

3

Center the pad over the wound

Place the 2" cotton absorbent pad directly over the cut, scrape, or puncture site before wrapping.

4

Wrap the tail around

Wrap the extended adhesive tail fully around the finger or knuckle. The extra length is what locks it in place — don't cut it short.

5

Press and smooth

Press the adhesive firmly against the skin, especially at the overlap. The bond strengthens with body heat — give it a few seconds.

6

Replace daily

Like any bandage, swap it out once a day or sooner if the wound needs attention. Monitor for infection and seek care if needed.

Questions & answers

Why pick mWraps over a regular bandage box?
The spool format means one-handed application, no wrappers to fight, and an extended adhesive tail that wraps around the full circumference of your finger. Regular bandages stick to the back of your finger and peel off. mWraps wraps around and stays.
Will these actually hold up on the water?
That's exactly what the adhesive is designed for. It was built for tradesmen working in water, grease, and sweat all day. On the water, through fish handling, washing hands at the dock — it holds where a standard bandage won't.
Do these work under fishing gloves?
Yes. The extended tail locks around the finger, so when you pull a glove over it the bandage doesn't peel back. Particularly useful for cold-weather fishing where you're pulling gloves on and off all day.
Are these safe for sensitive skin?
100% latex-free and hypoallergenic with a soft cotton absorbent pad. Designed for long-duration wear.
Do I need scissors?
No — tear at the perforation. The whole design is built around fast, one-handed application with nothing extra required.
Is this just for fishing?
Not at all. Camping, hiking, kayaking, boating, ice fishing — anywhere you're outside and away from a pharmacy, a roll in your kit covers a lot of situations. Same spool works for the whole trip.
